Rabet Platform - system offers two different models for installation according to client needs
Installation at lighting panel level with 3-in-1 device including remote control unit, smart meter, and communication gateway. No need for infrastructure changes or cable extensions. Provides 10-20% energy savings and real-time monitoring of all electrical loads and faults.
Installation of dimming control units on each luminaire using NEMA Socket, providing precise control of each luminaire individually. Control via main power line without additional extensions. Achieves 40-50% energy savings with multiple dimming stages and flexible scheduling.
Automatic ticket creation and distribution for fault response
The system automatically creates tickets without human intervention upon detecting any fault and distributes them directly to responsible employees based on fault type and location. Ticket states include New, Normal, and Delayed, determined based on the allowed time period for resolving each type of fault, helping in priority determination and response time improvement.
The system provides direct integration with inventory for automatic dispensing of components needed for fault repair, tracking spare parts used in each repair process, ensuring spare parts are placed in their correct location, and determining the efficiency of longer-lasting spare part types.
